Pržionica brings a working roastery and a coffee bar together at Dobračina 59b in Lower Dorćol. The roasting equipment is part of the room, so the connection between green beans and the finished cup is visible rather than hidden behind the counter. Come here for espresso or filter coffee and a closer look at Belgrade’s specialty coffee scene. Bags of roasted beans are also available to take home. The industrial setting gives the visit a different character from a conventional neighborhood café.
